In our sushi class you learn the foundations straight from us: perfectly seasoned sushi rice, cleanly rolled maki, hand-shaped nigiri and the right way to slice fish. We cook together, laugh a lot, and at the end you eat what you made.
Every class is private and built around your group, from a quiet evening for two to a team event. Tell us how many you are and what you like, and we handle the rest.
